For commissions

I retain all copyrights over my work. Therefore, I require proper credit and I have the right to use it as self-promotion and post my art and you don't want the piece to be uploaded on my socials please let me know beforehand;

I do not make art for commercial use, only for personal use;

Payment is full upfront and via Paypal. I'll start the commission once I received the full payment;

A full refund can be asked for before I start your commission, if I've already done the sketch you cannot ask for a refund;

I will always share wip for approval so you can ask for changes in the sketch phase, I accept small changes after the drawing is done if you forgot to mention something small or if I forgot something ;

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and fully refund it;

Once the work is complete I cannot refund it;

Commissions will be delivered depending on the length of my queue, It can take 1 - 3 months to get to your turn, so please be patient. You can always check the progress on my commission's queue If you need it for a specific day, please tell me in advance, at least one or two weeks before the deadline you want me to be done;

Complex characters will be charged +$5-10 extra depending on the complexity;

I don't accept commissions from minors;

For adopts

You have the full right to use however you want the character you bought from me, since it's yours now. Just not for commercial use;

I may accept a payment plan option only if the price is above US$200 ;

-P.s. If you choose the payment plan, I will only give you all the files in the original resolution after the full payment;

After paying for the adopt I cannot refund you, so please be aware of this before you buy from me;

Don't resell it for a minor price or a higher one if the character doesn't have extra art;

Please, do not bid if you can't pay for the adoptable later.

I mainly use Telegram! My DM's are always open there;

When I open commissions I always open my DM's on Twitter, I only close them when I close my commissions too;

You can note me on FurAffinity, but keep in mind I don't always check there, so I don't really prefer to use FA to talk about the commissions, but if it's your better option I'm up for it;
